RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

This Return and Refund Policy governs all purchases made through the website operated by Mrinmaya Crafts Private Limited. By placing an order, customers acknowledge and agree to the terms stated below.

Nature of Handcrafted Products

Mrinmaya specializes in authentic handcrafted products created by skilled artisans using traditional techniques. Due to the handmade nature of these products, slight variations in color, size, shape, texture, design patterns, brush strokes, and finishing are inherent characteristics of artisanal craftsmanship. These variations enhance the uniqueness of each item and shall not be considered manufacturing defects or grounds for return or refund.

Product images displayed on the website are for reference purposes only. While we make every effort to accurately represent each product, slight differences may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, and individual craftsmanship.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns will be accepted only in the following circumstances:

Products received in damaged condition during transit
Products received with manufacturing defects that affect functionality or usability
Incorrect items delivered compared to the order placed

Customers must notify Mrinmaya within forty eight hours of receiving the product by emailing contact@mrinmaya.in along with order details and clear photographic evidence of the issue.

Conditions Not Eligible for Return or Refund

Returns and refunds shall not be granted for:

Minor aesthetic variations arising from handcrafted production
Differences in color tone or finish as displayed on digital screens
Customer dissatisfaction based on personal preferences
Damage caused due to improper handling, storage, or usage after delivery
Custom made, personalized, or made to order products
Items purchased during promotional or clearance sales unless damaged on arrival

Return Approval and Inspection

All return requests are subject to verification and approval by Mrinmaya. Once approved, customers will receive return instructions. Products must be returned in their original unused condition, with all packaging materials intact.

Returned items will be inspected upon receipt to confirm eligibility for refund or replacement.

Refund Process

Approved refunds shall be initiated within seven to ten business days following inspection of the returned product.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase. Processing times may vary based on banking institutions or payment service providers.

Replacement Policy

Where feasible, Mrinmaya may offer a replacement product in place of a refund, subject to availability and customer preference.

Return Shipping Responsibility

For approved returns resulting from damage, defects, or incorrect shipment, Mrinmaya shall bear the return shipping cost.

For discretionary returns approved outside these circumstances, shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within twenty four hours of placement provided the product has not been dispatched or custom prepared. Refunds for cancelled orders shall follow standard processing timelines.

Limitation of Liability

Mrinmaya’s liability shall be limited to the value of the product purchased and shall not extend to indirect or consequential losses.

Policy Amendments

Mrinmaya reserves the right to revise this policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
