Mrinmaya is an e-commerce platform dedicated to bringing authentic Tamil Nadu handicrafts directly from artisans to your doorstep. Every product is handmade, carrying cultural heritage and artistic value.

By shopping with us, you are supporting traditional crafts, and we take this responsibility very seriously.

2. Use of the Website

  • You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others.

  • You must not misuse our website by attempting unauthorized access, spreading harmful content, or engaging in fraudulent activity.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if any misuse is detected.

3. Products and Availability

  • All items listed on Mrinmaya are handcrafted, which means no two pieces are identical. Variations in size, texture, or color are natural and highlight the uniqueness of each product.

  • While we make every effort to keep our website updated, product availability may change depending on artisan production and demand.

  • If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you promptly and offer alternatives or a refund if necessary.

4. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR). For international customers, final payment amounts will depend on currency conversion rates at the time of purchase.

  • We reserve the right to update prices, discounts, or offers without prior notice.

  • Payments must be completed online through secure gateways provided on the website. Cash-on-delivery (COD) may not be available for all locations.

  • By providing your payment details, you confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

5. Order Confirmation

  • Once you place an order and complete payment, you will receive an email/WhatsApp confirmation.

  • Orders are considered final only after confirmation.

  • Mrinmaya reserves the right to decline or cancel an order if there is a pricing error, stock unavailability, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are processed and shipped in line with our Shipping Policy.

  • Estimated delivery timelines will be shared at checkout, but actual timelines may vary depending on location, courier services, or unforeseen disruptions.

  • For international orders, customs delays and duties are beyond our control. Customers are responsible for paying any customs duties or taxes levied in their country.

7. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

  • As each Mrinmaya product is handcrafted and often made in limited numbers, we do not allow cancellations or refunds except in rare cases of:

    • Receiving a damaged or defective product (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery).

    • Wrong item delivered compared to your confirmed order.

  • To be eligible for consideration, you must share photographs and proof of issue at contact@mrinmaya.in

  • Once reviewed, we may provide store credit, a replacement, or a refund in extreme cases.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All text, images, designs, and content on the Mrinmaya website are the intellectual property of Mrinmaya.

  • Unauthorized reproduction, copying, distribution, or commercial use of our content is strictly prohibited.

  • Artisans retain creative credit for their work, but all product photographs and digital representations belong to Mrinmaya.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, or other content on our website are entirely error-free.

  • Mrinmaya is not liable for:

    • Delays in delivery caused by third-party couriers, customs authorities, or natural disruptions.

    • Damages caused by misuse, mishandling, or neglect of products after delivery.

    • Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products.

  • Our liability in any case shall not exceed the price paid for the product in question.

10. International Orders

  • International customers are welcome to shop with us.

  • All customs duties, taxes, or additional charges imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

  • Mrinmaya is not responsible for delays caused due to customs checks or clearance.
