Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

  • As each product is handmade, slight delays may occur during high-demand or festive periods.

  • You will receive an email/WhatsApp notification once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Timelines

  • Delivery within Tamil Nadu: 3–5 business days

  • Delivery across India: 5–10 business days

  • Remote locations may take slightly longer

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and vary based on location and order weight.

  • Free shipping may be offered on special promotions or minimum order values (as notified on our website).

Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/WhatsApp to monitor your order.

  • Please allow 24 hours for tracking details to reflect on the courier’s system.

Delays

  • While we work with reliable courier partners, delays due to natural calamities, strikes, or logistics disruptions are beyond our control.

  • In such cases, we will keep you informed and follow up with our courier partners on your behalf.

International Shipping
