At Mrinmaya, each product is handcrafted with care by skilled artisans of Tamil Nadu. Because every piece is made in limited numbers and involves delicate craftsmanship, we do not allow cancellations or refunds once an order is placed.

However, we understand that extreme situations can occur. In such cases, we will review requests on a case-by-case basis and do our best to support you.

Cancellations

• Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

• Please review your cart carefully before placing the order.

Refunds

Refunds are not applicable except in rare circumstances such as:

• The product arrives damaged or broken.

• The wrong product is delivered.

• The product is missing from the package.

To request a review in such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order ID

• Clear photos of the product and packaging

Conditions

• Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Products that show signs of use, wear, or damage caused after delivery are not eligible for refund.
